The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards arrive on Thursday evening, and in an ongoing annual tradition, there will be live streaming online coverage of the event. MTV’s All Access Live will give viewers on the internet a special look at a variety of different camera angles throughout the show. The MTV Video Music Awards will recognize top achievements by musicians in music video. Among the performers this year are big names like Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz, A$AP Rocky, and P!nk. Among thui year’s MTV Video award nominees are Justin Bieber, Drake, One Direction,Carly Rae Jensen, Frank Ocean, fun., The Wanted, and Kanye West and Jay-Z. Comedian and actor Kevin Hart will handle the hosting duties throughout the evening.
During the event, viewers can check out special backstage cameras or other cameras located throughout the venue with online access.

Viewers have access to approximately 10 different camera angles backstage and within the theater in order to capture new and different perspectives on the show’s most memorable moments (both planned and, hopefully, unplanned). Users can access the content via web, tablet and mobile, using MTV News app and the social viewing app, WatchWith.
